You may exchange your item within 5 days of the original purchase date.
Return Period:
You may return your item within 5 days of receiving the product.
Item Condition:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase:
Please provide your original order confirmation or receipt when initiating a return or exchange.
Exchange Options:
You can choose from several exchange options, including store credit, or a different size or color of the item.
Return Process:
If you choose to return your item, you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.
Refund Process:
● Card and UPI Payments: Refunds will be processed back to your original bank account or card within 2-3 business days after the item is received and inspected.
● Cash Payments: Refunds for cash payments will be issued as store credit only.
Shipping:
● Exchanges: We cover return shipping costs for exchanges.
● Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
